    I was playing survivor mode when my game crashed. I ran the game again and all my progress was lost. I tried logging in but there was no progress apart from my power credits and nth metals. I checked my online mode, it was all intact but no characters.

    At this point I think I'm done with the game. If anybody has any tip on guiding me to restore it please help.

    I chose these because they're probably the most prominent team themes on MP, and they overshadow themes like Regime/Insurgency. My bad if I missed any other major themes lol

    Game keeps crashing whenever I play a battle

    Not sure if this is the right place to ask or not, but my game keeps on crashing whenever I finish a battle (when the phantom zone progression would usually show up) and when I log back onto the game after, my energy is gone but I don't have any of the rewards and it doesn't count me beating the fight. As well as this, whenever I press to go onto the phantom zone section on the home menu, the game freezes, so I think it may be something related to the phantom zone. Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this game crashing issue?
