Incorrect MP Season Rewards

After the past two Online seasons in a row (Ares and Master's Cart), the game tried to give me a Bronze 1 reward, since after the season reset it used the new current ranking. With Ares, I exited the game and re-loaded it to receive the proper Gold 3 rewards, but this past season with the Master's Cart, it never awarded the proper rewards. After closing the app from the Bronze 1 reward screen, no correct reward screen has appeared. Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so, were you able to get the proper rewards?
