How do you deal with DoJ Batman?

This guy is kinda a headache to fight against. His basic attacks are really fast and being able to dodge SPs are ridiculous as well. For some reason, the DoJ batman that I fought has 100% crit chance eventhough last time I checked he has 0% crit with no crit gears. Not sure if the player I am against is hacking or not
