Passive: (It’s All In The Cards) Harley gives other characters one bar of power and saves one of them from a knockout. 40% damage and power generation for other Harley Quinn characters only. 2 bars of power for HQ cards.

• Is Cassandra Cain worth grinding for? I just went really hard on the online season last week and i don’t really feel like putting in that same effort if she’s not that good honestly. kinda tired. idk. thoughts?
