Does red hood need more strength or ability?

I'm not really that good at Injustice 2 and I was wondering which characters counter pick eachother. I personally think it'd be helpful to know.

I logged into Injustice 2 after a looooong time and it appears all of my most recent loadouts have been reset to those of 2 years ago? I remember these loadouts from when I was more or less starting to play the game and it's frustrating having to redo all of my epic gear character loadouts to how they were when I last played the game, I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone?
