Booster Pack Question Posted: 09 Jan 2021 11:25 PM PST When I buy booster packs and get gold characters (e.g., challenge characters), am I not allowed to promote them using power credits? Do I have to buy more booster packs AND get lucky enough to get the same character? Because when I got the challenge characters (Raven, Batman), I'm able to promote them using power credits.
