    For starters, I have NS evolved but not maxed and I'm really struggling to see any reason to max it out right now. The bootleg 200% damage aginst frozen and stun from COD is very good but I'm not using Luchador Bane in MP currently and I'm sure as not not going to use up a slot for any batman characters who may or may not even get a stun on sp1. The two other great characters to pair this with would be AKBG and E2TF.....which they decided to skip.... The frozen part exists only for killer frost, Godfall Superman and new 52 superman which also hasn't came back. So my options for that part is limited.

    The power and health steal under 15% health is not really reliable, generally at my MP level (E2-4), played well you really shouldn't be getting down to that level nor is that reliable in a sense to "bring you back up". The power steal does steal a quite a bit of power tho.

    Revive, arguably the most useful feature but also the feature that likely wouldn't come into play much and the health steal at 15% kinda works against it. I just kinda think it's a gear that takes too much setup to make it's full potential, it's also really limited on who it can be on. If you put it on a character that can't stun, it's basically passive-less until you fuck up and die (or nearly die), if you use on stun characters than you are basically just using the stun damage boost part and most stun characters (Batgirl, Bane, hawkgirl) isn't exactly known for great basic attacks.

    Honesty I'm down with maxing Soultaker sword and GOA over this and I only have it on Godfall SM who is also the weakest character in the team he belongs in, I'm not an expert on NS so anyone that has more experience with the gear, pls convince me otherwise
