Nth metal packs

So I've just started a new account this month, and I'm doing alright. I have a level 47 earth 2 Solomon Grundy, level 31 Arkham knight Catwoman and a level 24 blackest night Martian. One thing I don't know is, should I buy the 200.400 or 800 ntn metal packs. So far I've bought 3 200 and gotten Darkseid, Hawkgirl regime and raven prime, and I've barely used them because I don't like them. So should I start getting higher packs for chances of better cards?
