    Quick questions on how Legendary Multiverse works

    Hey trying to get the Cat Call ability for the trophy and just had a few questions:

    • Can you use AI Loadouts in Legendary Multiverse?
    • Can you just repeat the fourth stage in each Legendary Multiverse until you get the ability you want? Or do you have to restart all 4 stages again?

    Just got this on gamepass (fresh meat for the vets) and while I am enjoying it I feel it's a bit disappointing. The biggest thing is it just feels like mortal kombat. Everything about it. The style, the controls, the super moves, even the slow mo victories and character selections. I get it's NR but if you'd bought one I'd see no reason whatsoever to get the other. They could've really made it it's own and really standout.

    The characters seem to be on the uncanny valley too. While they look like they're saying the words their faces seem very doughy and like they're a bit too big for their head. Everyone has hamster cheeks and their faces move a bit too much, it's werid. The avengers game for stick for the characters looking more like a cosplay convention and I think that's the case here too. Everyone looks like a shopping centre version of the character they are. Most of them just look plain. Superman has the most forgettable fave I've ever seen. And someone like Poison Ivy who's whole thing is she's a beautiful seductress kinda just looks like your mums friend. These are superheroes, the pinnacle of humanity, something we could all strive to be, sex it up a little, make the chiselled hunks etc.

    There's loads of characters missing from the first game which is disappointing, only to be replaced with crap ones. Black Adam is like Shazam only more boring (but I suppose fighting with folded arms is cool). And firestorm is about as interesting as my sex life. Also, captain cold is a poor mans mr freeze, I know you can get the skin for that and it would have to be thy way around because people will buy that. No one would buy a captain cold skin.

    And the loot box system because of course. And a deliberate grind to level because of course. At least you can spend real money eh!!

    I wish there were more outfits that weren't just modular bits of one. While the hats etc change everyone more or less looks the same as their default look. Also get shaders out of here, just give us the choice of colour ourselves.

    Now it's not all bad. Not at all. It is a fun game at its core, it just feels like a missed opportunity. And it feels like the same old we've played before. I hope if they make a 3rd game they will do something to make it stand out. Tag matches would be cool, they could even implement it like the AI battle mode. You and a mate (A and B) fight someone else and their mate (X and Y). A fights X, B fights Y. If one team wins both they win, if it's one each the two winners face of in a decider. Something like that (though ideally I'd just want normal tag matches were you jump in and out like we've had in fighting games for years).

    Just my thoughts anyway, I don't hate the game far from it, I just wanted to love it. Feel free to agree/disagree/tell me I'm an idiot who doesn't know what he's on about.

    I'm surprised to see the Deluxe Edition Content Glitch still hasn't been fixed [Xbox]

    I bought the game at launch and I loved it. Haven't played since before the Level Cap increase though. Started playing again since it's on Game Pass and all my friends have it now.

    I'm deeply saddened to find out they still haven't fixed the Deluxe Edition DLC glitch that has existed since day one. Every time you launch the game it acts as if you just got the Deluxe Edition Pack for the first time. Removing the God and Demon Shaders from ever character (I use them for AI Builds) and the Power Girl/John Stuart skins as well. It is infuriating having to reequip the God and Demon Shaders to every single character everytime Iaunch the game.

    On a light note I have the Series X now. So maybe I technically never have to launch the game again. Will test over night to see.

    Is Injustice 3 confirmed?

    Hi, do I recently got back into playing injustice 2 and I'm going for ever piece of legendary gear but I hear rumors that injustice 3 is coming June 30 of this year. Is that confirmed or is it just fake? I'm asking because I want to grind legendary gear but I don't want to waste my time if I'm gonna instantly go play the next game halfway through the gear grind.

    How dead is the online from 1/10. 1= takes an hour to find a match 10= takes a second to find a match

    Also the general summarization of the types of people you mostly match up with.
    (Already did ranked twice and got zoned by Starfire and blood tornado spammed by atrocious 🥴)
