    My best cards are BN superman and BN doomsday, at level 22 both, and I have regime black Adam at level 33, none of them have promotions I am having issues in fight 7 of challenge 5, what level should I grind superman and doomsday to reliably take out the challange Because the boss should be easy, just trick it into attacking BA while his shield is up and then beat hin to death with superman's S2

    REPOST: What is the deal with Zatanna

    this post is what another Redditor [Not me] wrote in response to a post asking about Zee. the user has deleted themselves but i feel the info is useful and since she[ Zatanna] is coming around again soon this should help a player or two

    Zatanna is possibly the most underrated character in the game. Most players don't bother with her because they don't understand how her S2 works and because they have trouble activating it.

    But when you know how to use her she is a powerhouse that can solo just about anything. With the right gear she is near unkillable.

    Understanding her S2

    People that complain she has no ability, don't realize that her S2 deals as much damage as anyone else at her power level. Her ability lets her add a very powerful effect of her choice AFTER her S2 dealt damage. No other character has that.

    What does the after entail?

    • If you use her light blue to knock out a Joker char, she will lose life as per his death, but then she will regain 50% of her max health. So the Joker chars barely affect her.
    • Same against Raven. If Zatanna makes Raven go below 20% health while activating her light blue S2, Raven will switch health with Zatanna, but then Zatanna will heal herself by 50%, making Raven not much of a threat to her.
    • Her drain (dark blue) works the same way, and drains at least 2 bars, even when blocked. If she KO's Killing Joke Joker with her Dark Blue S2, the other 2 enemies will gain full power, and then Zatanna's drain will trigger completely negating the Joker's effect for the opponent that tags in next.
    • It's not limited to KJJ though, you can use this strategy with any char. Use her dark blue S2 to knock out a char and the next opp to tag in will be the target of her drain.
    • As for her Red card, it boosts her damage by 50% and can stack 3 times. That makes her quite the powerhouse. (it only lasts as until she tags out, but there is very little reason to tag her out.)
    • NEED TO EXPERIMENT: I have yet had the chance to try it, but I believe that if you use her yellow her knock out a char, the DOT that will go through to the next opp would counter Stun on tag effects of chars like Lucha Bane and E2 flash since it would count as a special being activated on them. Needs to be experimented though.

    Using her S2

    The three effects you want to use from her S2 are: Power Drain (Dark Blue), Health Gain (light blue), Increased Damage (red).

    Her cards are always in order. They just start at different places each battle. This is the order, always the same:

    • Light Blue -> Red -> Dark Blue -> Green > Yellow
    • Before you activate her S2, decide what effect you want.
    • Activate the S2 and let the cards go by once noting where the card you want is.
    • The second time the cards go by, you will know exactly when to stop it.

    Example, you want Power Drain (dark blue). You know it comes after red. By letting the cards go by once, it allows you to prepare for it (and reminds you which color comes before it).

    The second time around you'll be ready to hit. With this tactic I never miss.

    Her S1

    Her S1 is a DOT that may seem weak at first, but is quite strong when she stacked her increased damage. Her wand lets her S1 do damage to all of opp's team and allows her S1 to crit. Quite a useful combo.

    Juggling

    Takes a little practice but she can juggle really well with her strong attack.

    Gearing Zatanna

    • Her Wand
    • Tantu Totem
    • Something that heals on S2, keeping her quite healthy even if she doesn't use her light blue.

    Summary

    Zatanna is the most versatile character in the game, always having a response for just about any situation. She is cheap to rank up, and once you know how to use her S2 and gear her correctly she is almost unkillable.

    Works best with WW600 , Animated Harley Quinn and Killer Frost prime.

    I just did my first breakthrough event with the silver black Adam, green lantern and flash, it took up about 12 or 15 recharge cards until I completed it, and had to spend so much on gear as I kept dying from raven prime and reverse flash, when I augmented the characters the opponent's just got better too.

    I only won on the off chance of killing raven by special without her stealing health then after all this the instant ko by ares who's got way too much health and the instant ko kinda hard to defend

    Finally beating it and it tells me only one character can unlock the breakthrough???? I'm actually so pissed rn I almost smashed my phone

    Edit: I just promoted BA to E8 and it won't let me promote again?? Do I seriously have to breakthrough the character 3 times and go through that shit 2 more times just to get him to promotion 10????

    Also when the Frick can I level up the character after breakthrough, It doesn't give him any xp by battles and won't let me add augmentation xp to him

    Hello everyone,

    I've been playing this game for years. I took a hiatus and I'm back now. It's frustrating that there is NO WAY to try and promote Multiplay online character without getting them in the online mode. I have to settle every other week for some old ass reward like Ares, or The Flash from the tv show. I like Grant Gustin, HES a nice guy. But DAMNIT I WANT THE BETTER PLAYERS!

    I have a career and a family. I don't have 3 hours a day to play this game like I did a long time ago. Anyway, I emailed their support team to give a feature in the store to use gold credits to buy MP characters. They basically told me if they get enough emails, they would consider doing it. I will post the photo in a separate post (in new to reddit and don't know how to add photo Nd this message with it).

    But let's try and flood them with emails. Their email address is:

    Put in the subject line of your email, option to purchase MP characters with gold credits.

    And then just put something in the body that expresses you want this option. Maybe after enough people email them, they'll do something about it. I'm created 10 emails in the coming week to attack them. Join me in this fight!!
