    Think about how hard it is to level metal characters. The best chance you have at getting one is the 800 nth metal pack, where you have a 60 percent at getting a metal character, and a 12% chance of getting the individual desired metal character. Not to mention that you need multiple metal cards to promote them even one level. The best way to BUY a lot of nth metal (which is the only way they could promote their nth metal character this fast) is getting 1,350 for FUCKING $99! And even with that you can only but one 800 nth metal pack, so you have to keep spending 99 bucks for that. And then you take into account the probability of getting the card you want, and how many cards you need to promote, they are gonna be spending hundreds, even thousands of dollars of money.

    For a phone app.

    Ofc something I am not taking into account is hacking, which now that I think about it, seems like the most likely way people are promoting these characters that much. There is no way someone would willingly spend that much money over this.

    Not sure but I think I found a way to make a character E10 without break through or them being lvl 50

    Basically if you unlock a character say Jessica Cruz and are able to promote her with power credits in the store it gives you the option to pay for her to become e8 with her being lvl 24 may be a visual glitch but idk bc I ran out of credits
